MeterReader app for iPhone and iPad

The MeterReader App is a great tool for property managers and operators of multi-unit buildings including commercial spaces (office buildings, retail shopping malls), residential (apartment buildings, condominiums), institutional (college campuses, hospitals) and industrial sites. It can be used for all buildings with multiple meters/submeters and can be used with all utilities.

This App enables the user to take and submit new meter reads as well as review previously submitted readings to confirm consistency. It has built-in functionality and error checking to ensure the readings are consistent with previous patterns, helping eliminate the need to revisit a site to double-check readings. The App is usually used in conjunction with Solution 105’s Read-and-Bill service whereby an iPad is provided to the customer, the metering system is configured, and Solution 105 provides invoices for a tenant’s usage and cost. Online access for the tenant is also available, including graphing, trends, bill audits, and benchmarking.
